SPX provides inhouse developed Flange Management System Software which ensures the proper functioning of pipelines with proper reporting and assistance. It supports the health and safety policies of SPX with utmost accuracy and quality. It provides a solution for integrity activities on all safety critical plant and equipment. It can be used across the entire pipeline system: flanges, valves, tubing and other specialist equipment. Each physical item (flange etc.) and workflow type (leak test pack, flange tightening procedure etc.) can be controlled and have their own predefined reports.
